Please read these Conditions carefully before using our document legalization services (otherwise known as apostilles and authentications). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Conditions.

We provide nationwide document processing with reliable, expedient, and confidential service. We make every effort to verify that your documents are within the guidelines required for processing by the appropriate government agencies and/or embassies in the US for legalization.
Service Guarantee
At The Apostille & Notary Experts, we stand by the accuracy, professionalism, and quality of our services. If your document is returned by the country of destination due to an error on our part, we will correct the issue and process a new document at no additional cost to you (See #8 below for more details). However, any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client is not covered under this guarantee. Your trust is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Service Conditions
The Apostille & Notary Experts is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for each client. By using our services, you agree to the following conditions and guidelines:
1. Service Scope and Limitations
1.1 We provide nationwide document legalization processing including apostille services.
1.2 While we verify that your documents meet general processing guidelines required by relevant government agencies and/or embassies in the U.S., the client is ultimately responsible for:
a) Verifying the specific requirements and acceptable formats with the requesting agency or foreign authority.
b) Ensuring the documents meet the requirements set by the destination country.
c) Providing accurate and complete information for processing.
1.3 We are not responsible for documents rejected by a requesting agency due to incorrect versions, outdated formats, or other compliance-related issues.
2. Legal Advice Disclaimer
2.1 We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice under California law. If you have legal questions or require guidance regarding your documents, please consult an attorney.
2.2 Notarized documents must meet all applicable State notarial requirements, including:
a) Proper notarial wording adhering to specific state laws.
b) Original signatures of all parties being notarized; copies are not acceptable.
c) Original notary signature and seal/stamp.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of service when placing the order.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, credit, debit, Zelle, and invoice payments. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
3.3 No documents will be processed or released without full payment.
3.4 All payments are final, and there are no refunds once processing begins.
4. Processing Time and Delays
4.1 We make every effort to process documents promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
a) Government agencies, consulates, embassies, or third-party couriers.
b) Holidays, weekends, natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Expedited services are available but are subject to additional fees.
5. Courier and Delivery Policy
5.1 We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier or postal services.
5.2 The maximum liability for documents lost or damaged during transit is $100, subject to the courier’s policies.
5.3 It is the client’s responsibility to:
a) Provide accurate delivery information.
b) Specify any special delivery requirements (e.g., gate codes, limited business hours).
c) Pay additional fees for any extra delivery attempts or rerouting.
5.4 The Apostille & Notary Experts are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by domestic or foreign governments.
6. Backup Copies and Document Management
6.1 We strongly recommend maintaining a backup copy of your documents before submitting them for processing.
6.2 All unclaimed or undeliverable documents returned to us will be securely destroyed after 30 days unless other arrangements are made.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 We are committed to safeguarding your personal information in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws.
7.2 Personal information collected during the processing of your documents will be used solely for completing your order. We will never sell or share your data without your consent.
8. Liability Disclaimer
8.1 While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, The Apostille & Notary Experts are not liable for:
a) Errors or omissions in client-provided information.
b) Rejections by foreign agencies due to requirements unknown to us at the time of processing.
c) Acts of God, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 Our liability for any claim, regardless of cause, is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
9. Acceptance of Guidelines
By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these guidelines. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
